End User License Agreement

Your purchase or use of template products from Media Design Services ("Licensor") indicates that you have read and accept the following terms and conditions:

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the website and service is done at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

Restrictions

• You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent.
• You may not claim ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
• Distribution, Reselling and Publishing of the template source code (FLA file) is prohibited.
• Due to the digital nature of the image gallery, there will be no refunds after you have downloaded the software. All sales are final.

Template Editing

• Macromedia Flash MX is required for editing the template.
• Support is limited to general questions about our templates and basic help with Flash.

All Templates are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
